Ovarian cyst: Ovarian cysts are usually benign cyst which are maturing ovum. Has to be monitored by serial ultrasounds to make sure it's disappearing. Oral contraceptive pills is a treatment for this. But you have to see a gynecologist and discuss on this treatment options because ovarian cysts could be rarely cancerous too.
