Yes: The differential diagnosis includes constipation, diverticulitis, ovarian cyst, renal pathology. An abdominal sonogram should elucidate the diagnosis.

Several possiblities: Continue to follow up with your doc who diagnosed your low tsh. If you develop fever, vomiting, or more intense abdominal pain get checked sooner. Diverticulitis, menopause, other colon pathology, are also possible diagnoses. A colonoscopy should be considered.
