I have an overian cyst 4.5 cm do not have periods havent for 5 years i am all the sudden having severe sharp pain when certain movements happen in my overy area as well as constant lower back pain and pressure have been in constant pain with dizzine?

These symptoms may not be caused by the ovarian cyst. If your gynecologist doesn't think so, get examined & advised by your primary care MD. . Appropriate testing will be ordered. If deemed advisable you may be referred to an orthopedic specialist in view of your back pain.
