I had an ovarian cyst cause torsion so they removed ovary&tube (left) years ago. i am now experiencing the same pain on the same side. it is a heavy painful pressure that feels like stabbing when i move. could this pain be from the remaining right 1?

Possible: Sometimes after surgery you can develop adhesion s and that can displace your ovary. Although pain could even be from adhesion on that side. Either way, I would let your ob know about it and get checked.
