Feels like very little fluid in abdomen, most in groin, will surgery be impaired, what should i ask or tell the surgeon before surgery is surgery ok?

Surgery: Little fluid is better than much fluid in case of ascitis. I don't think the risk of the surgery is higher in case of small fluid volume in the abdominal cavity vs. Large fluid volume. In fact, it's more risky to have it done when the belly is tight and big.
