Just came back from hospital after having surgery on my stomach and i have bandages all over, just wondering how i can shower?

Showering: Well, it's a standard of care to provide the patient with postsurgical instructions especially after a major surgery in the hospital. Cannot believe it didn't happen in your case. If indeed it didn't, then you will need to call your surgeon's office and ask them what they want you to do. There are different instructions commensurate to the nature of the surgery.
