Chest pain: A persistent cough can cause chest pain. If persists, or worsens, i would go see your doctor.

Not just 1: Thing to do here. For a patient of mine i would suggest over-the-counter plain Claritin or zyrtec (not with the"d") for the runny nose. 100% avoidance of all (all) milk products. The chest pain is likely from the coughing. If not allergic to it depending on patient size i recommend 1-2 advil + 1 tylenol (acetaminophen) for a patient of mine. As you know, i cannot make such medical recommendations for you.
