I'm a 24 year old female. for 2 weeks now i've been experiencing coughing. i don't have a sore throat, nothing wrong with my nose.. the cough is coming straight from my chest i don't understand what's wrong?

You need to be seen and examined in person, so that your chest can be listened to and your ears, throat, and nose can be examined. This is likely a viral infection, but could be an allergy. Gastroesophageal reflux and exercise induced or other asthma can also cause a longer-lasting cough. When you are seen, more history will also help to make a diagnosis.

Get tested for COVID-19, as respiratory symptoms are common even with mild cases of COVID-19. If negative, obtain a referral to an ENT physician for an evaluation and office endoscopy.
