Don't ignore: Hard to say without more info about your injury and level of pain. Can take 6-12 months to heal a heel (pun intended). Early weightbearing and range of motion are important steps to recovery. That being said, it's probably a good idea to check in with the treating physician to ensure healing is progressing according to schedule.

Neither: See the foot doc and let him examine you. Never ignore pain, and walking could make it worse.
