Depends: Where on the foot are they? Why were they put in? But, ultimately it should be up to the doc who put them in.....

Depends: Most people are allowed to walk on feet after sutures have been applied as long as they are comfortable but we can not generalise this as it depends on what are the instructions from your surgeon , location of sutures, depth of wound , kind of wound and any associated complicating feature.
