I have recently had stitches on the inside of the foot near the ankle the next morning after getting the stitches i was unable to walk and still am. i am experiencing extreme pain on the back of my foot and a bit up my calf i am unable to bend my foo?

Previous procedure: Might be related to the previous procedure you had, the best thing to do is go to an orthopedist specialist to get some images of your foot (x rays or scans) and see exactly what the problem is.
