Foods for fat loss: Replace fried & processed foods, sweets, and soft drinks with fruits, veggies, lean proteins, legumes, and whole grains. Eat healthy fats like avocados, olive oil, omega-3's like wild salmon. Drink at least 8, 8oz glasses of water per day. Abdominal fat = possible Insulin resistance.
