A 38-year-old member asked:
what exactly is the easiest way to get rid of abdominal fat (the kind that hangs over your belt)?

Cardio Mix: You can not target the abdomen specifically for weight loss - if you have adipose tissue that you can lose, then consider an increase in cardio & a balanced diet. However, do not always do the same exercise or you will increase your risks for stress injuries. Mix things up with walking, running, biking, swimming, elliptical, or circuit training. Ultimately you need to burn more than you consume.

Easy? Who said any: Thing about easy. Spot fat loss does
not occur naturally. By losing weight in general a certain amt will be abdominal fat. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Calories burned must > calories consumed. To tighten ab's do crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge ; “bicycling” exercise on your back. Get regular aerobic exercise.

How do you get rid of abdominal hardness?

Confusing: It depends on what is causing "abdominal hardness." this is not a common description, so if you have this, you need to be examined by a doctor to see what is going on.

What should be done to get rid of the flab on my abdomen?

AB Flab: There is no such thing as spot fat loss. You would need to lose weight in general & a certain proportion of that will be abdominal fat. This can be done by eating healthfully, being physically active and making sure that calories burned exceed calories consumed. However you can improve your appearance by toning your abs. To tighten your abdominal muscles consider doing crunches, reverse crunches.

Provided original answer
exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge & the “bicycling” exercise on your back. Insure that you are engaging in regular aerobic exercise. 45 minutes a day would be a good goal to shoot for. Surgery is the only way to selectively remove your fat from a specific area of the body.
