Injections w/ PT: Sorry to hear about your pain. If conservative treatment had already failed, i would consider epidural steroid injections along with physical therapy. It may free you up to get more out of pt. Avoid high velocity manipulation w those osteophytes. Also avoid surgery as long as possible. If epidural does not help at all, may be facet related, blocks with subsequent rfa may benefit from well.

Cervical osteophytes: You have disc osteophytes causing cervical osteoarthropathy. You already have done analgesics, nerve block & chiropractor manipulations. This is a bony structure and not going to go away by itself. Plus it is in neck with severe pain and can cause more serious problem. Also oa is bad in you. See a neurosurgeon, or orthopedist specialized in spine. Please read back pain, http://doctorrajput.Com.
