Bilateral disc osteophyte complexes are present in the neural foramina. Most significant at the C5-C6 and C6-C7 levels. What does this mean? Thanks

Can I hurt on the opposite side? Xray report: There is moderate to severe neural foraminal narrowing at the level of C5-C6 on the right. My left side is where I hurt and numbness is. Prior xray says bone spurs but not this one?
I have small midline disc protrusion at c6/c7. Mild left side neural foramen c5/6 and c6/7 due to forminal disc bulges. I'm in constant pain daily and did 3 months with a chiro twice a week which hasn't helped.
