Unlikely: Although hla-b27 positivity is associated with a wide range of disease, it is not a sole mediator in the development of any disease. Even though 90% of people with ankylosing spondylitis are hla-b27+, only a small fraction of people with hla-b27 ever develop as. Hla-b27 is present in 8% of the caucasian population. Other genes come into play, and there are environmental factors as well.

Take it easy: Several percent of men are b27 positive and the vast majority never get ankylosing spondylitis. The ANA and ccp were for screening and you passed the lupus and rheumatoid arthritis screen. Get better from your knee injury. Life's challenging enough without fretting about a bunch of labs.
