Needs evaluation: Needs evaluation. 13% of healthy caucasians have positive hla-b27, so diagnosis is independently determined.

Possibly: Being hla b27 positive puts you a risk for having a spondyloarthropathy, a group of inflammatory disorders that can affect the spine but also peripheral joints. Not everyone who is b27 positive develops a disease. You should see a rheumatologist if your symptoms persist.
