Med eval.: I don't know how long you have had the hip pain for or if it has been medically evaluated. If it is at all chronic, would encourage you to have it medically evaluated. Acupuncture is often helpful for musculoskeletal pain. Additionally, depending on cause a 4 " or greater depth memory foam mattress topper can make sleep much more comfortable with hip pain.
