Have had sore right hip and knee for 3 days hurts to walk on it and at night it aches, and throbs like I have chill in the bone. Can't sleep on it ?
Sore hip area. In the upper region. Sore to the touch. Takes me time to get moving after sleep or driving because it hurts for a few minutes.
