if i lay down to long or if i'm asleep my hips and my pelvic bone hurts really bad. i can change positions and its doesn't help. ?

Get checked: You need to be evaluated for pain that may not be behaving in the way of the more common back/hip problems. Most musculoskeletal problems are aggravated by physical activity and relieved by rest. If your pain is behaving in the opposite way you are likely to need radiologic studies to check it out.
