Inflammatory foods: I agree with dr. Fowler about food allergies causing inflammation. So can foods you're simply intolerant of. The most common of these are wheat (gluten), eggs, dairy, corn, sugar/artificial sweeteners, soy, and peanuts. Whether they cause problems in you or not can be determined by going on an elimination diet for a few weeks, and then experimenting with 1 food at a time to see your response.
