No definite answer: Fruits and vegetables with anti-oxidant activities are considered anti-inflammatory and the darker the color the better (as in berries ). Omega 3 fatty acid present in seafoods especially in fatty fish also has anti-inflammatory activities. Curcumin (in curry) may have anti-cancer activity. These are just some of the few i can think of.
