Well: The best and safest way is to have your dentist do it. If that is too expensive ( you can watch for groupon deals) then in the drugstore they sell whitening kits. You can also by them off the internet. Just google it.

Several ways...: The most effective and conservative way is to get custom made whitening trays from your dentist. "in-office" or "laser" bleaching is an option, but results vary significantly. Over the counter "whitestrips" can improve a few shades... Whitening toothpastes are less effective and can actually be too abrasive... A hygiene visit can actually help a lot, too... In the extreme case there are veneers.

Whiter teeth: The most effective way to whiten teeth is the system offered by your dentist. This may consist of in-office or at home whitening, or a combination of the two. Before you begin, to be most effective, you should have any needed restorative treatment completed on the teeth to be whitened. Once the whitening is completed you may need to replace fillings due to color differences.

Try over the counter: Look in the drug store isle. Choose any product that appeals to you and try it out.. They work somewhat. If you are still unsatisfied consult your dentist. They may try a stronger product.

Whiter teeth: The best way to whiten teeth is through your dentist's office with in-office or custom whitening trays. Otc products (white strips) only whiten portions of your teeth. Toothpastes and mouthrinses will not whiten teeth. In all cases, teeth need to be clean in order to be effectively whitened. Whitening products to not remove coffee, tea or cigarette stains.

Multiple Choices: You can use simple whitening toothpastes to professionally dispensed products. Each has its advantages (price) and limitations (how well they work). The best products are professionally applied or dispensed by your dentist.
