Uterus size 905465mm, endometrium reacn 7mm, right ovary 462223mm left ovary 412223mm. both ovarys show multiple tiny cyst.what action to take?

Depends: The question is why did you have thee ultrasound done? The findings you have described are generally within normal limits. You need to discuss these findings and your origional reason for the test with your gyn. On face value, it doesnt appear you need anything done however you do not mention some of the potentially important findings such as endometrium and your menopausal.
