Retrouterine fluid ?: With a history of "multiple cysts" in the ovaries, fluid detection on U/S is most likely due to spontaneous rupture of one or more cysts, and is not dependent on the day of your cycle. Without fever, pelvic pain or other signs of infection/inflammation, the fluid seen on ultrasound is benign and of little significance.

What means? Uterus is normal, 2-3 small nabothian cyst on CX, Minimum fluid seen in cervical canal, both ovaries increased stroma and small follicles.
