The uterus is anteverted, measures 6.2 x 2.6 x 4.1 cm. endometrium is 3.3 mm in thickness. the right ovary measures 3.9 x 2.0 x 2.5 cm. the left ovary measures 4.0 x 2.5 x 2.6 cm. is this normal? also, how does this affect my fertility (if it does)?
