Maybe: U r on d right track.Question is r u applying warm, wet compresses for 5-10 minutes 3-6 times a day!this usually helps d area heal faster, open up a blocked pore so that it can drain & start to heal. U can use otc bausch & lomb eye wash or medicated pads ocusoft lid scrub.Do not squeeze d stye or chalazion.Don't wear make up or contacts til it healed. If no better, u wl need prescriptiom eye ointment.

Compresses!: Oral antibiotics do not help, sty's are not an infection. Some doctors will inject them with a steroid. But most likely if warm compresses are not working then you need to have it incised and drained. See an ophthalmologist.
