No: It's not supposed to get bigger. See your General Physician or, preferably, an eye specialist, an Ophthalmologist, for evaluation and treatment. Do not discontinue taking antibiotics until told to do so by Dr.

Gentile heat: Applying a warm compress to the area will improve blood flow & can help it resolve.You can place a moist face cloth in a ziplock bag with a few vent holes & toss it in a microwave for a brief period to warm it.When it is warm (not hot),place it over the area and let it sit until cool.Re-treat as needed.Contact your doc during regular hours & see if there is more s/he recommends.
