Probably: If the areas are well healed and you are not experiencing discomfort i don't see why not. If the areas are still bleeding or you are still in discomfort then i would continue to be carefull.

Depends: If it was "simple" wisdom tooth removal, no stitches, no post-op pain or problem, then yes. If they were difficult extractions / full bony impactions with a slow, uncomfortable recovery, or dry socket, etc. Then hold off for another week, or until the surgeon gives you the "ok".
