You can eat : At this point you can eat rice or whatever you can tolerate without worrying about dry socket. You have passed the danger point of this happening. But remember to continue to rinse your mouth after eating.

Not likely: If it has been six days you are most likely past the chance of getting a dry socket. The main causes of dry socket are a difficult extraction (a lot of tissue manipulation), excessive and heavy rinsing, smoking, and alcohol. If you tend to be anemic or have thin blood you are more prone to dry sockets and high impact exercise right after the extraction can jar the clot loose.
