Almost: I would avoid things that do not dissolve in the mouth like peanuts because they can find their way into the hole and may be difficult to remove. The only other thing that may be a problem is if the lower teeth needed a lot of bone removal to be removed, the lower jaw may be weak and you could fracture it by eating something hard.. Check with your dentist for sure..
