Ask your doctor: Unless you had very unusual circumstances with your extractions, you should be fine by now but the best bet is a call to your surgeon to verify this. You require good nutrition to properly heal.

Good to go: If swelling is down and no pain, you should be ok. Take it slowly

Wisdom tooth healing: Nutrition is important in the healing process. You should be able to eat soft foods by now. Gradually build up to regular foods as you can tolerate chewing. If you have concerns about your healing please contact the extracting dentist,.

Be patient: Following the extraction of wisdom teeth, it is important to avoid eating solid food, crunchy, spicy, or difficult-to-chew foods. Such foods may increased pain or prevent healing and break the forming blood clot. Continue to eat a soft diet for 5-7 days.
