High Urine P/C: Your u protein- creat ratio means you are spilling protein (p) in your urine. You now have good kidney function. See a physician to get a 24 hour urine for a creatinine clearance and protein to quantify the amount of p you have. You will need a drug like ramipril-an ace-inhibitor, or benicar, (olmesartan) an angiotensin receptor blocker to reduce the p you have. If this done, you will protect your kidneys.
