My protein/creatinine ratio is 1624, protein is 120, bun/creat is 30.0, wbc is elevated, rdw is low and %neut is 81.3. albumin is 4.4. ?

Can't tell.: This is somewhat random information. Bun/cr, rdw, % neut, alb all seem normal but - hard to interpret without any background info. If you have CKD you should be discussing this with your doc.

Not sure about the ?: No protein loss in the urine is normal. Something is inflaming the kidneys. If WBC is elevated, it may be an infection (urinary tract? Other infection?). Albumin is relatively good to think massive chronic protein loss, so likely this is something acute and may resolve if treated. Talk to your doctor.
