Water is key: Both numbers are essentially ok. With that much protein, you really need to make sure you stay well hydrated. With intense exercise there are muscle breakdown products that can potentially be harmful if they cause blockages in your kidneys. Proper hydration will help prevent this from occurring and keep your performance level high.
