36yr old female. bun 17.0 , creatinine 0.65 but ratio is 26.0. is this normal or okay? i drank a 30g protein drink prior to blood draw?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!

I have elevated blood creatinine (1.34 mg/dL) and all other tests lie in normal range (blood albumin&protein, spot urine ACR, kidney USG, BUN, Urea, U. Acid). I used to lift heavy weights but quit. I always had elevated creatinine. Something to worry?
