Injecting T: It varies from patient to patient. The standard starting dose is one injection every two weeks. But we move from there by changing the dose or the frequency based upon a patient's response to the medication.

48 hour Peak: Testosterone injection usually result in peak levels by 48 hours post injection. Then the decline to baseline occurs. Depending on initial dose will determine how quickly the decline back to initial baseline occurs. 2 weeks is usually the max amount of time that should occur between injections.
