No: Very high levels secondary to inappropriate use of testosterone by athletes may cause "steroid rage", but testosterone does not increase by itself after a usual work out.

No.: While working out strenuously can emporarily increase testosterone levels, this would not be to a degree that would cause "roid rage". Steroid-related anger is usually associated with abuse of or overdosage with testosterone or synthetic testosterones.
