Peak & trough levels: I agree w/Dr. Knecht: I can't figure out your question. However, I will offer some unsolicited advice: 200mg of T every 3wks isn't recommended these days. That's too much too infrequently. So your peak level will be too high (from which you will suffer side effects) while your trough will be too (and make you suffer while waiting for next shot). We typically recommend smaller more frequent shots.
