Do any of the pills to boost testosterone work?

The real ones work..: Real testosterone pills, gels, etc... Do work, but they are used only for certain disorders in which doctors have seen good research evidence that testosterone would help, or for problems that doctors have years of experience suggesting testosterone would help. The "pills" and "supplements" marketers try to sell as testosterone boosters are unresearched, unregulated, uncertain, and maybe unsafe.

Off US market: Oral testosterones were commonly used and abused in the 70's and 80's. Anadrol 50 was a benchmark of anabolic steroid abuse during that time period with dramatic results. Due to first pass hepatic metabolism, and hepatotoxicity, oral testosterones are almost extinct today, except if you have aids. Avoid otc prohormones, they will increase testosterone, but are equally hepatotoxic. Use injectables.
