Umm...: You should never do surgery to look like a person, whether a real person or a toy. Plastic surgery is to correct particular areas of the body that cause the person to be self conscious. The idea of trying to make a person look like a doll is disturbing.

There are both...: Physiologic and psychologic issues at play here when somebody wants to look like a barbie. For example, does the patient really have a case of bdd? (body dysmorphic disease). If so, studies show that these people actually get worse if they have surgery. They need counseling instead. In addition, multiple surgeries have their own surgical and anesthesia risks.
