Many: Most surgeons will provide you with a list but typical drugs to stop include blood thinners such as aspirin or non-steroidal drugs for 2 weeks, as well as many herbal supplements and excessive doses of fish oil or Vitamin E as well as alcohol and other certain foods. Other medications such as insulin or steroids may require adjustment.

Meds that thin blood: In general, you should stop taking medications and supplements that can have an effect on your blood's ability to form a clot, such as NSAIDS (aspirin, ibuprofen), blood thinners (coumadin), plavix, garlic, vitamin E, etc. Tricyclic antidepressants should be avoided as they can raise blood pressure and interact with other medications. Always talk to your doctor before stopping any medication.

Stop taking...: In general, you should stop taking multivitamins, herbals, and aspirin / NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) prior to surgery.
That said, your plastic surgeon should give you very specific pre-op instructions that includes a list of medications you should stop taking prior to surgery based on your specific medical history and the procedure you are having.

Is there any way to enlarge breasts other than with plastic surgery and medication?

Nope. Need a PS : Best way for breast augmentation is silicone or saline breast implants. There are no medications that are effective. Some plastic surgeons are injecting fat but this is not a widespread practice.
Either way, i recommend you see a plastic surgeon for consultation.
