Let it be: Unless the baby is very irritable and/or not drinking well, let the fever be. Research shows clearly that there is a better immune response to the vaccine if you don't blunt the fever response with anti-fever medication. So the fever is just the signal the vaccine has been noted by your baby's body & they are making the appropriate antibodies - yeah. If uncomfortable, can give ibuprofen/tylenol.
