Undoubtedly the fever and other symptoms have nothing to do with teething. This is an infection of some sort. Contact her pediatrician. Good luck.

Coughing syrup is not advisable at this age. Nasal saline drops are often effective in reducing the symptoms of post nasal drip. Please follow up with your Pediatrician. Watch for signs of fever, fast breathing, and difficulty feeding. Discuss COVID 19 screening. If in distress, please see the Emergency room.
