Common patters: A lot of infant viral infections will have fever for a few days and end in a generalized rash. Some have names based on location and type of rash, but they are expected and rather benign.I'd consider the crying evidence it is not finished.As long as the kid takes fluids well and plays occasionally you can monitor at home.If not drinking the kid should be seen.
