My baby is 2 months and received a shot that is supposed to bring about a fever. how do i best care for her? infant advil (ibuprofen)? paracetamol?

Comfort care: Vaccines do not always cause fever. If she is more fussy afterwards, she may need a bit more soothing. Since she is 2 months old, you probably know what calms her down when she is fussy. Use these same methods. If she does have a fever, a bath will often bring it down, assuming she enjoys bath time. If you must give her medicine, only use acetaminophen- this is only safe option for infants < 6 mo
