I gave my 8 month baby infant advil (ibuprofen) at 4:00 am, she spit up at 4:12 and its 4:48 right now and her fever isn't down. can i give her more advil (ibuprofen)?

Yes: My general rule is spitting up within 30 min can get a full repeat dose.30-45 gets half, but after 45 wait it out.I would wait a bit and offer some pedilyte or other fluids to see if babies stomach settles before re-dosing.
