Rinse: I would think rinsing your mouth should get rid of the taste... But you may decrease the benefits of the fluoride..

Doesn't have a taste: Fluoride it's self doesn't have taste. It is what ever flavorings that are in the product you are using that you are tasting. I would use a different flavor toothpaste and/or mouthwash. Switch to one whose flavor you like.
