Topically applied: fluoride is recommended by the American Dental Association. Over-the-counter toothpastes have concentrations of about 0.12% fluoride, and over-the-counter rinses have concentrations of about 0.02% fluoride. Used multiple (3-4) times daily over-the-counter products are effective. Look for the ADA seal-of-approval on products sold over the counter.

GelKam: GelKam is the best uuou will find OTC. I would ask the dentist why you cannot get a RXN for fluoride ??? You should be able to have a custom fluoride tray made and get the appropriate gel to maintain your improved condition. Perhaps consider another dentist. Good luck and stick with what works.
