See a dentist: The chip may be a sign of a bigger problem underneath. Your local dentist will evaluate the tooth for the proper treatment.

Visit a dentist: Self dentistry is not advised. If the chip is minimal, the tooth can be smoothed out using a diamond or soflex disc. In time of course your tongue will smoothen it out as well. Best to see a dentist. Hope this helps.
